HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Poker players who make the highest hand(s) each hour in any live Holdem game(s) will receive $50 in Live Chips (one winner top high hand) if there are only one or two Holdem game(s) being played, and or $100 in Live Chips (two winners of $50 each for the top two high hands) if there are three or four games being played, and or $150 in Live Chips (one winner of (1) of $100 for the top high hand & (1) winner of $50 for second place high hand) if there are five or more games being played. Poker players who make the highest hand(s) each hour in any live Omaha game(s) will receive $50 in Live Chips (one winner top high hand) if there are only one or two Omaha game(s) being played, and or $100 in Live Chips (two winners of $50 each for the top two high hands) if there are three or four games being played and or $150 in Live Chips (one winner of (1) of $100 for the top high hand & (1) winner of $50 for second place high hand) if there are five or more games being played. If a third (3) or (5) fifth game(s) starts during any hour of play (in either Holdem or Omaha), it must start at or before one quarter after the hour has passed to qualify as the third (3) game for the payout of $100 for that hour and as the fifth (5) game for the payout of $150 for that hour.
DAYS/TIMES DURING PROMOTION PERIOD TO BE PLAYED:
- Mondays from 12:00PM to 1:00AM
- Tuesdays from 12:00PM to 1:00AM
- Wednesdays from 12:00PM to 1:00AM
- Thursdays from 12:00PM to 1:00AM
- Fridays from 12:00PM to 7:00PM
- Sundays from 12:00PM to 1:00AM
- Exceptions: Anytime during a Football (Splash the Pot promo) Plus (1 hour before the game starts and at the beginning of the next hour after the game ends).
RULES:
- When a player makes a qualifying hand in Holdem or Omaha the dealer will announce to the floor supervisors that a qualifying hand has been made. The floor supervisor will write down the highest hand announced and keep track of it until the end of each hour. Once a high hand has been established for any hour, then the next high hand that is made must beat the current high hand posted to be eligible to win. (each hour starts a new high hand process)
- A Poker supervisor or above will maintain a chronological list of high hands and corresponding participant’s names on a display board during the promotional time periods.
- Players must make a Full House or better to qualify using both Hole cards and must be playing on a live poker table with 5 or more players to qualify.
- Only one qualifying hand per player per hour of the promotional time.
- Once awarded, winners need not be present to win. Winners have thirty (30) days to pick up their prize money.
- In the event of a tie, the prize funds will be evenly divided and distributed.
- Players may not use the Board to qualify for a winning hand.
- Poker Players may win more than once per day.
- Hands must be played to completion.
- Agents are not authorized to participate on behalf of any player or collect any awards on behalf of any player.
GENERAL RULES:
- Employees of ACRCSRM, ACCPS, and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are eligible to participate and may buy-in and play according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.
- Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
- The promotion will be administered in accordance with ACBCI System of Internal Controls policies and procedures.
- The final call on any dispute related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI, Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino for Guest Disputes.
- Prior to the start of this promotion surveillance will be notified.
- The Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage will include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage is located within the ACRCSRM.
